How We Go About the Work
Receive and Assess
Every watch is logged on arrival. We examine the movement, seals, and case before discussing findings with the owner.
Agree and Begin
Work starts only after the owner understands the scope and cost. Restorations receive a written plan. Changes are discussed as they arise.
Complete and Report
The watch is tested, timing is recorded, and a brief account of the work done is provided at collection alongside any care advice.
Service 01
Diagnostic & Basic Service

A careful starting point for any watch behaving oddly, beginning with a diagnosis followed by a standard service if the owner wishes to proceed. We open the case, assess the movement and seals, clean and lubricate as needed, and regulate the timing. Particularly useful for owners who are unsure what their watch needs and want an honest assessment first.
The assessment is explained plainly, with no obligation to continue. A service record applies to any work carried out.

Service 02
Seal Renewal & Resistance Check

A practical service for watches worn near water or through daily life, focused on restoring the seals that keep moisture and dust out. We replace gaskets, attend to the crown and case back, and test the watch's resistance where its design allows, advising honestly on sensible water contact afterward.
Recommended for dive-style and everyday pieces alike. Any required parts and costs are confirmed before work begins, keeping decisions with the owner.

Full Restoration of Treasured Watches

A complete, careful restoration for watches of personal or collectible importance, combining a movement overhaul with conservation of original features. The work can include sourcing period parts, addressing wear and corrosion, and refreshing the exterior to the degree the owner prefers.
Suited to heirlooms and pieces with a story worth keeping. Each project opens with an unhurried assessment and a clear written plan, carried out at a pace that respects fine, detailed work.

Watches are stored in individually identified, locked trays from receipt to collection.

Owner Consent First
No scope expansion or additional cost is incurred without explicit agreement from the owner.
Original Parts Preferred
Where manufacturer parts are available, they are used. Alternatives are discussed before sourcing.
